1. About this list

These companies process personal information on our behalf to run AIMoovieStudios. Each receives only what it needs for its job, under a contract or terms that limit how it may use the data. Generation services pass requests on to the model makers listed with them.

We do not use advertising, analytics or session-recording services. We update this page before adding a new subprocessor that receives personal information. For more on how we handle data, see the Privacy Policy.

2. Vercel Inc.

Hosts the website and its server functions, runs the background worker that finishes renders, and tells us the rough city and country a sign-in came from.

  • Status: In use
  • Receives: Every request to the site, including your IP address and browser details; Content passing through the app while it is processed.
  • Location: United States, with a global edge network

3. Supabase, Inc.

Our database and private file storage: accounts, projects, scripts, uploads, generated pictures, clips and films, and billing records.

  • Receives: All account and project data described in the Privacy Policy; Uploaded and generated files.

4. Anthropic, PBC

Claude models power the Director agent: breaking down scripts, planning shots and writing generation prompts. Also a fallback for other agents.

  • Status: In use
  • Receives: Project text: scripts, story bible, character and location descriptions, notes and chat; Reference images and stills from takes, when an agent needs to look at them.

5. Google LLC (Gemini API and Google Cloud Vertex AI)

Gemini models power the Producer, quality-check and continuity agents, including watching a clip with its sound. Veo (video) and Nano Banana (images) generate takes when you or the router choose them.

  • Receives: Prompts and project text; Reference images; Takes: pictures and video clips, including their audio.
  • Location: United States and other Google locations

6. OpenAI (API)

A backup reasoning model for the agents. Switched off by default and only used if we connect it.

  • Status: Standby (not currently sent data)
  • Receives: The same agent inputs as above, only if switched on.

7. Apiframe

A generation service that gives the studio one connection to many video and image models. It passes your request to the model maker you picked and returns the result, which we copy into our own storage.

  • Status: In use
  • Receives: Prompts and generation settings; Reference images and clips you attach (which may show people).

  • Passes requests to: Google (Veo, Nano Banana), OpenAI (Sora, GPT Image), Kuaishou (Kling), ByteDance (Seedance, Seedream), Runway, Luma AI (Ray), Midjourney, Black Forest Labs (FLUX), Alibaba (Wan), MiniMax (Hailuo), xAI (Grok Imagine), Ideogram, Topaz Labs (upscaling).

The model list changes as makers release and retire models; the studio's model picker always shows which model a take will use.

8. fal

A second generation service, used when it reaches a model for less (today Kling 3.0 video and Nano Banana Pro images).

  • Status: Used when switched on
  • Receives: Prompts and generation settings; Reference images you attach.
  • Location: United States
  • Passes requests to: Kuaishou (Kling), Google (Nano Banana Pro).

9. Alibaba Cloud (Model Studio)

Wan video models, direct from their maker.

10. MiniMax (Nanonoble Pte. Ltd.)

Hailuo video models, direct from their maker.

  • Status: Used when switched on
  • Receives: Prompts and generation settings; Start frames you attach.
  • Location: Singapore company; see its API privacy policy for where data is stored

11. ElevenLabs

Character voices (text to speech) and sound effects; transcribing the dialogue in a take to check it matches the script; separating dialogue from background sound.

  • Status: Used when switched on
  • Receives: Dialogue lines and sound prompts; Audio from takes and from clips you upload, which may contain people's voices.
  • Location: United States

12. Stripe, Inc.

Takes payments for plans and credit packs, runs subscriptions and the billing portal where you change or cancel a plan, and stores the card used for automatic top-ups.

  • Status: Used when switched on
  • Receives: Name, email and billing address; Card details, entered on Stripe's page (we never see or store the full card number); What you bought and when.
  • Location: United States

Payments are not switched on yet. Stripe receives nothing until they are.

13. Resend

Sends the studio's email: address confirmation, password resets, security alerts, the notifications you choose, and top-up notices.
