Your Privacy Choices

Last updated October 10, 2026 · Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE, YYYY-MM-DD] · Version 2026-09-29

This page lists the choices and legal rights you have over your personal information, where to use them yourself in the studio, and how to send us a request. For what we collect and why, see the Privacy Policy.

On this page

  1. We don't sell or share your data
  2. Do it yourself, right now
  3. Rights in California and other U.S. states
  4. Rights in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
  5. Make a request
  6. How we verify requests

1. We don't sell or share your data

AIMoovieStudios does not sell your personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use it for targeted advertising. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on the site. You are opted out already; you do not need to do anything.

Global Privacy Control: we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing, for your browser and, if you are signed in, your account. Your browser is not sending one at the moment; you can turn it on in browsers and extensions that support it.

Sensitive personal information: the only sensitive information we hold about you is your sign-in credentials (your password, stored as a hash), which we use only to sign you in. We do not use sensitive information to infer anything about you, so there is nothing further to limit. You can still send a “limit” request below.

2. Do it yourself, right now

Signed in, you can use most rights instantly, with no request and no waiting:

Where to use each right in the studio

The download is a JSON file with your profile, settings, projects, scripts, scenes, characters, shots, take details and credit history, plus a download link for every file you own (links work for 24 hours). Deleting your account can be undone by signing in within 30 days; after that it is final, as the Privacy Policy explains.

3. Rights in California and other U.S. states

Depending on your state, you have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have collected about you, its sources, why we use it and who we disclose it to.
  • Get a copy in a portable format.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (such as payment records we must keep).
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and significant profiling. We do none of these.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights. We will not charge you more, give you less, or deny you service.
  • Appeal if we decline your request. Reply to our decision or choose “Appeal” in the form below. We answer appeals within the time your state sets (usually 45 to 60 days). If we deny the appeal, you can contact your state attorney general.

We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by another 45 days when reasonably necessary; we will tell you if we do. Requests are free, up to twice in 12 months for access and portability.

4. Rights in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to data portability, to restriction of processing, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent (such as product emails).

We reply within one month, extendable by two more months for complex requests (we will tell you why). You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in particular where you live or work. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, your national authority, listed by the European Data Protection Board (edpb.europa.eu).

5. Make a request

Use the form, or email privacy@aimooviestudios.com, or write to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME, e.g. Example Studios LLC], Attn: Privacy, [STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE ZIP, UNITED STATES].

The online form is not switched on yet. Please email privacy@aimooviestudios.com and tell us what you would like us to do, your name, and the email address on your account.

6. How we verify requests

To protect your data from someone pretending to be you, we confirm requests before acting on them. Usually that means replying to the email address on your account and asking you to confirm, or asking you to make the request while signed in. For deletion and for access to specific pieces of information, we may ask for a little more. We only use what you give us for verification to verify you.

Authorized agents may make requests for you. We will ask the agent for your signed permission (or a power of attorney), and we may ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.
