Acceptable Use Policy
1. The spirit of it
AIMoovieStudios is for telling stories. Make dark, strange, violent or provocative fiction if your film needs it. What you may not do is hurt real people, deceive the public, or break the law. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you upload, prompt, generate, share or ask our agents to do.
2. Real people: likeness and voice
Never use a real person's face, body, voice or name without their permission. This includes uploading their photos or clips as references, describing them so a model recreates them, and making a voice that sounds like them.
- You may use your own likeness, and the likeness of adults who have given you informed permission for this use.
- Never upload or generate the likeness of a real child or teenager, for any purpose.
- No sexual, nude or intimate imagery of any real person, whether or not they are recognizable in the result, and whether or not you have their consent to other uses.
- No deepfakes intended to deceive: content that makes a real person appear to say or do something they did not, presented or likely to be taken as real.
- No impersonation of a real person, company, government body or public official, including fake statements, fake endorsements and fake news footage.
- Clearly labeled parody, satire and commentary about public figures may be allowed where the law allows it, but never sexual content, never content that could be mistaken for real footage, and never content about elections or voting that could mislead voters.
3. Children: zero tolerance
Any content that sexualizes minors is forbidden without exception, whether the minor is real, fictional, drawn, animated or AI-generated. We remove it, close the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement as the law requires.
4. Other content you may not make
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights, including uploading films, footage, music or artwork you do not have rights to.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or content that targets a private person for humiliation.
- Hate: content that promotes violence against, or dehumanizes, people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar characteristics.
- Content that promotes or glorifies real acts of terrorism or mass violence, or recruits for violent groups.
- Instructions or material that give real-world help to make weapons, explosives, or biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological threats.
- Encouragement of suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
- Sexually explicit content, including of fictional adults.
- Private information about others (doxxing), or content made to stalk or surveil someone.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, fake documents or IDs, or content that helps someone break the law.
- Election or civic disinformation, including fake footage of candidates or officials, or false information about how, when or where to vote.
- Anything else that is illegal where you are or where it is shared.
5. Using the service fairly
- Do not try to get around a model's safety filter, our limits, our credit system or our security, for example with prompt tricks meant to produce forbidden content.
- Do not remove or hide watermarks, provenance data or AI labels that a model adds to its output.
- Do not attack, overload, probe or scrape the service, or use it to attack others.
- Do not reverse-engineer the service or use it, or its outputs, to build a competing model or service, except where the law gives you that right.
- Do not share, sell or rent your account or API keys, or resell access to the studio without our written agreement.
- Do not create multiple accounts to collect free credits or avoid a ban.
- Use the API and command-line tool within the limits we publish; automated use must be for your own projects.
6. Model makers' rules also apply
Your takes are made by models from other companies, including Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Kuaishou (Kling), ByteDance (Seedance, Seedream), Runway, Luma AI, Midjourney, Black Forest Labs, Alibaba, MiniMax, xAI and ElevenLabs. Each has its own usage policy, and your requests must follow the policy of the model that runs them. The Subprocessors page lists who is involved.
Their safety filters may refuse a request that this policy would allow. We cannot override a model maker's decision; when a filter refuses a request, the credits set aside for it are returned.
8. What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, disable share links and public profiles, refuse generations, suspend or close accounts, and report to the authorities, depending on how serious the problem is. Credits spent on forbidden content are not returned. Serious violations, such as child sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery or credible threats, lead to immediate closure.
We do not review every project, but we may review content when it is reported, when automated signals flag it, or when the law requires. If you think we got it wrong, reply to our notice or write to legal@aimooviestudios.com.
9. Report a problem
To report content that uses your likeness or voice without permission, intimate imagery, or anything else that breaks this policy, email legal@aimooviestudios.com with the share link or profile address and what is wrong. We aim to act on reports of non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours. For copyright, use the Copyright & DMCA Policy process.
