AI Disclosure
1. What is made by AI
AIMoovieStudios is an AI filmmaking studio. Almost everything it produces is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence:
- Takes (pictures, video clips, character voices and sound effects) are generated by third-party AI models from your prompts and references. The studio does not make music with AI; any music in your film is music you brought in.
- Agent work (script breakdowns, shot lists, prompts, notes, and quality and continuity reports) is written by AI language and vision models.
- Upscaling a take to a sharper copy also runs on an AI model. The clips you download are the takes as they were made; the film itself is assembled in your own editing program.
AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unintentionally resemble real people, places, brands or other works. Review everything before you rely on it or publish it. The companies whose models are involved are listed on the Subprocessors page, and the studio shows which model made each take.
2. We do not train on your work
AIMoovieStudios does not use your scripts, uploads, prompts, takes or films to train AI models. The setting “Never use my work to train models” in Account > Privacy & data is on by default. We do not train models at all today; if that ever changes, we will update this page and the Privacy Policy first, and only use work from people who have switched that setting off.
To make your takes, your inputs must be sent to the model makers and generation services that run the models. We use them under business (API) terms. Anthropic, Google (on the paid Gemini API) and OpenAI state that they do not use API inputs and outputs to train their models by default. Other services have their own terms; where a service lets its customers opt out of training, we opt out. Each provider's policy is linked on the Subprocessors page.
3. Labels and watermarks
- The studio does not add a visible watermark to your takes or films. Films shown through share links and on public profiles carry a “Made with AIMoovieStudios” credit on the page.
- Some model makers embed their own invisible watermarks or provenance information in what their models produce (for example, Google's SynthID in images and video from its models). We do not remove these, and you must not remove or tamper with them.
- We may add AI labels, content credentials or similar provenance signals to exported films in future, particularly where the law requires them.
4. When you must say it is AI
When you publish or share something made here, label it as AI-generated or AI-altered whenever:
- it shows a realistic person, event or place that a viewer could mistake for real footage;
- it depicts or imitates a real, identifiable person, even with their permission;
- it concerns elections, politics, public health, news or other matters of public interest; or
- the law or the platform you publish on requires it. Several U.S. states, the European Union's AI Act and major video platforms have disclosure rules for synthetic or manipulated media.
A simple on-screen or caption note such as “Made with AI” or “Contains AI-generated imagery and voices” is usually enough. Clearly fictional films (animated creatures, fantasy worlds) generally need no label beyond the credit, but when in doubt, disclose. Deceptive use is forbidden by our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Synthetic voices
Character voices are generated by AI from a library of synthetic voices. Do not use the studio to imitate a real person's voice without their permission, and do not present a synthetic voice as a real person's recording. Dialogue checks transcribe the audio in your takes to compare it with your script; that transcript is not used to identify the speaker.
