1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to make films with AIMoovieStudios. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the website and studio. We are not there everywhere yet, and this page says where we fall short.

2. What we do

  • Visible keyboard focus on every control, in the brand's gold, and a “Skip to content” link on reading pages.
  • Real buttons, links and form labels, so screen readers announce what each control does; status messages are announced as they change.
  • Text colors chosen for high contrast against the dark background; legal pages use 17px text and short lines.
  • Layouts that adapt from phones to large screens, so pages can be zoomed without losing content.
  • Animations reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • A Guided mode that explains each step in plain words, and a keyboard shortcuts sheet in the studio.
  • Spending always asks for confirmation, and review actions can be undone.

3. Known limitations

  • Generated media: clips and films made by AI models have no captions, transcripts or audio description unless you add them. Captions are added in your own editing program; audio description is not offered.
  • Visual review: comparing takes, frames and continuity is inherently visual. Agent reports describe problems in text, which helps, but some review tasks remain hard without sight.
  • Dark theme only: the studio does not yet offer a light or high-contrast theme.
  • Third-party pages: checkout and the billing portal are run by Stripe, and their accessibility is Stripe's responsibility.
  • We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit. We test with keyboard and screen readers as we build.

4. Ask for help or an accommodation

If something is hard or impossible to use, tell us at accessibility@aimooviestudios.com, or by post to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME, e.g. Example Studios LLC], [STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE ZIP, UNITED STATES]. Please say which page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and assistive technology you use, if you are comfortable sharing that.

We will reply [RESPONSE TIME, e.g. within 5 business days]. Where we cannot fix a barrier quickly, we will offer another way to get the task done, such as doing a step for you or providing the information in another format.

5. How we assess

This statement is based on our own review during development, most recently on October 10, 2026. We will update it after each significant change or audit.
